1. The MinTok Service Contract

MinTok provides context optimization, AST symbol slicing, and scale-to-zero serverless edge inference for autonomous coding agents. By accessing our endpoints, downloading our CLI or Desktop Studio, or authenticating with an API key, you agree to these terms.

2. Zero Code Retention Invariant

MinTok processes code snippets, AST trees, repository maps, and observation buffers strictly in-flight. We guarantee:

• No user source code is ever written to persistent disk.
• No user code is used to train foundation models or public checkpoints.
• AST compression occurs inside isolated ephemeral WebAssembly and V8 memory spaces.

3. API Usage & Rate Limits

Authentication keys are scoped per organization. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. MinTok reserves the right to rate-limit or terminate keys exhibiting abusive traffic patterns, denial of service attacks, or unauthorized penetration testing.

4. Credit Ledger & Billing

Paid subscription plans (Pro, Power, Max) provision credit balances monthly. Credits are deducted according to token volume compiled. Unused credits rollover for active subscriptions. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your cockpit with zero lock-in.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & 99.9% Uptime Commitment

MinTok operates across 300+ Cloudflare edge PoPs globally with a 99.9% uptime commitment. In the event of an edge network outage, offline mock fallbacks and local compilation adapters continue functioning in the MinTok CLI.

6. Authentication, Identity & Google OAuth

MinTok supports workspace authentication through direct email/password credentials and Google OAuth 2.0 social sign-in. When authenticating via Google, you authorize MinTok to access your basic account profile (openid, email, and profile) for the sole purpose of account creation and session authentication. MinTok's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. User data obtained through Google OAuth is never used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning foundation models. You may revoke access at any time through Google account security settings without affecting prior completed billing cycles.
